摘要
高校教学过程中存在众多与教学工作密切相关的数据,这些数据能客观反映高校目前的教学状态,通过对这些数据进行常态采集监测、比较、分析,从中发现可能影响教育教学质量的要素和节点,并进行有针对性地整改是高校提高教学质量的一种有效措施。基于此,利用当今高速发展的网络技术及数据库技术建设反映高校教学状况的常态监测数据库,是高校建立、健全教学质量监控与评估体系、完善高校教学质量保障体系的长效机制,是当今高等教育大众化背景下提高人才培养质量的重要保证,也是各高校的必然选择。
There are many data related to teaching work in the teaching process of universities. These data can objectively reflect the current state of teaching in Universities. This is an effective measure to improve the quality of education and teaching in univer-sities through the normal collection of these data monitoring, comparison, analysis and find the factors and nodes that may affect the quality of education and teaching in these data. Based on this, It is a long-term mechanism to establish and improve the teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system and improve the quality assurance system of teaching quality in Universities by using the network technology and database technology to develop the normal monitoring database which reflects the teaching situation of Univer- sities.and it is an important guarantee for improving the quality of personnel training under the background of popularization of higher education, and it is also an inevitable choice for Universities.
