以企业需求为导向的汽车制造与装配技术专业实践教学基地建设

随着我国汽车产量逐年攀升,汽车制造与装配技术专业人才需求日益旺盛。以企业岗位能力需求为导向,开展校企合作实践教学基地建设,不仅可以大大缓解高职汽车制造与装配技术专业建设的投入,而且可以培养更加满足现代化汽车制造岗位能力需求的技能人才。实践证明,依据优势互补原则的校企合作实践教学基地建设,不仅缩减了校内设备采购成本,而且提升了人才培养质量和效率,进而在共建的基础上实现校企双方的共赢。
