摘要
从高职管理学课程教学中亟待解决的三方面问题出发,依据国外鲁宾斯坦等人的"问题思维理论"、国内张熊飞等人的"诱思探究"教学思想以及"人本主义教学观",提出了能力导向的高职管理学"探究式教学改革"的总体思路,重构了教学流程和教学设计,与传统教学模式进行了比较。
In this paper, three pervasive problems in current management teaching are introduced. Meanwhile, the idea of man-agement explorative teaching reform is put forward, which is the application of explorative teaching mode to management teaching. The paper shows that the ability-oriented explorative teaching reform is more beneficial to the development of students' ability, com-pared with the traditional teaching mode.
