随着我国经济的快速发展,各个行业都在不断的与市场相结合,从而能够不断地长远发展,更好的适应社会的发展需要,同时在市场中处于领先的地位。对于MBA来说,不断地适应市场的需要成为教学管理的重中之重,MBA教育从设立到发展一直都离不开市场的变化和发展,两者有着相辅相成的关系。文章将通过对MBA教学管理和市场需求进行深入地分析和研究,使得能够提出更多的意见和建议,为了相关人员提供教学管理的经验。
With the rapid development of our country's economy, all industries are constantly combined with the market, so that we can continue long-term development and become more likely to adapt to the needs of social development, while retaining a lead-ing position in the market. For the MBA, adaption to the demands of the market has become the top priority of teaching manage-ment. MBA education, from its establishment to its present development, has always been inseparable from market changes and devel-opment, the two having a complementary relationship. This paper is intended to conduct in -depth analysis and research of MBA teaching management and market demand, so as to make it possible to put forward more comments and suggestions and to provide teaching management experience for the relevant personnel.
