学院文化与创新型人才培养探析——以浙江大学光电科学与工程学院为例

A Probe into Collegiate Culture and Innovative Talent Training——with Zhejing University's College of Optical Science and Engineering as an Exemplar

学院文化是整个校园文化的一个缩影,关系着学院的人才培养目标和创新型人才的培养,文章在阐释学院文化和创新型人才内涵的基础上,论述了学院文化和创新型人才培养的关系,进而以浙江大学光电科学与工程学院为例,进而从环境文化、行为文化、教学文化、学术文化、育人文化、管理文化和群体文化等方面提出了培养创新型人才的学院文化建设的策略。

College culture is a microcosm of the entire campus culture, which is related to talent cultivation objectives and cre-ative talents cultivation of college. On the basis of expounding the connotation of college culture and creative talents, the paper dis- cusses the relationship between college culture and creative talents cultivation, and then puts forward the strategy of college culture construction of creative talents cultivation taking College of Optical Science and Engineering, Zhejiang University as an example, from the aspects of environment culture, behavior culture, teaching culture, academic culture, educational culture, management culture and group culture etc.
