旅游高校应用型人才培养的思考与实践

当前作为我国战略性支柱产业的旅游业发展迅猛,本科院校以社会需求为导向,在国家政策的指引下向应用型转型,旅游专业应用型人才及其培养问题日益引起业界和学界的关注。文章基于作者自身的教研经历以及对旅游人才培养现象和现状的深刻反思,阐述有关旅游专业应用型人才的内涵与特征、培养理念与方法的观点,为提高旅游应用型人才培养质量提出初步构想。

At present, as a strategic pillar industry in China, the tourism industry is developing rapidly. Undergraduate colleges are guided by social needs, and under the guidance of national policies, the application of professional talents and their training are becoming more and more concerned by industry and academia. Based on the author＇s own teaching and research experience, the deepening reflection on the phenomenon and present situation of tourism talents, this paper expounds the connotation and characteris - tics of the application talents of tourism specialty, the idea of cultivating ideas and methods, and puts forward the preliminary con-ception of improving the quality of tourism application talents.
