摘要
近年来,光伏行业发展迅速,人才缺口较大,许多高校乘势设立了新能源科学与工程专业。本论文基于光伏产业发展的现状以及青海师范大学新能源专业的实际,探讨现有方案存在的问题和可以补充的内容,探索适合新能源科学与工程专业学生成长的人才培养模式,力求使学生能最大化的学习基本专业知识和接受基础专业训练,自由选择专业选修课程,拓展学生的专业视野。
In recent years, the photovoltaic industry has developed rapidly, and the talent gap of this industry is very large, therefore, many universities have set up the new energy science and engineering major. This paper discusses the existing problems and the content that can be added to explore the cultivation mode which is fit for the student of new energy science and engineering major of Qinghai Normal University, based on current situation of photovoltaic industry development in Qinghai, so as to enable stu- dents to acquire basic knowledge and basic professional training at most, choose professional elective courses freely, and expand stu-dents' horizon of specialty.
