目标管理视角下高等职业教育校企合作研究

校企合作是高等职业教育发展的必由之路,但随着校企合作的深入开展,受各种因素的影响,逐渐出现一些矛盾。能否顺利协调校企合作参与各方的矛盾,将决定校企合作的成败。校企合作各方以各自的目标为基础,形成校企合作的最终目标,从而促进校企合作的顺利开展。文章尝试基于目标管理理论,分解校企合作目标的制定过程,也即校企合作开展的全过程。

School-enterprise cooperation is the inevitable way for the development of higher vocational education. However, with the deep development of school-enterprise cooperation, there are some contradictions due to various factors. Whether the contradic-tions of stakeholders during the process of school-enterprise cooperation can be coordinated smoothly or not will determine the suc-cess or failure of school-enterprise cooperation. Stakeholders of school-enterprise cooperation are based on their goals, form the ulti-mate goal of school-enterprise cooperation, so as to promote the smooth development of school-enterprise cooperation. Based on the theory of Management by Objective, the whole process of setting up the goal of school-enterprise cooperation which is also the whole process of school-enterprise cooperation is decomposed.
