医技检查预约信息共享平台的建立与成效分析 被引量:17

摘要 目的:建立医技检查预约信息共享平台,优化医技检查预约流程,实现患者有序就医,提高患者就医满意度。方法:设计分时段预约流程及功能、医技检查分时段预约流程、医技检查分时段预约功能的医技检查预约信息共享平台,全面集成医院信息系统(HIS)、影像归档及传输系统(PACS)等,评估医技检查时患者现场等候时间、预约等候时间、预约率和患者满意度等实施效果。结果:应用医技检查预约信息共享平台后,不同医技检查科室患者现场等候时间、预约等候时间均有下降,预约率、患者满意度均有上升。结论:医技检查分时段预约信息共享平台的建立,实现了一站预约、网络分配和多点检查的服务功能,并可提高临床与医技科室协同工作的效能和患者就诊满意度,提升医院的工作效率。 Objective: To establish a information sharing platform for reservation of examination about medical technique so as to optimize the process of reservation for medical technique examination, achieve seeking medical advice in order for patients, and enhance the satisfaction degree of patients. Methods: Through establishing the information sharing platform, the HIS and PACS were comprehensively integrated. The waiting time in different department, waiting time of reservation, reservation rate and satisfaction degree of patient in the examination of medical technique were evaluated and analyzed. Results: After the platform was implemented, the waiting time in different department and waiting time of reservation were decreased while the reservation rate and satisfaction degree of patients were enhanced. Conclusion: The established information sharing platform can achieve series service function including one-stop reservation, network distribution and multi-point examination. Therefore, it can enhance the work efficiency of clinical department and department of medical technique, and increase satisfaction degree of patients and promote the core competitiveness of hospital.
