基于高职单招学生的现状分析及管理路径探析

Analysis of Current Situation and Management Methods of Vocational College Separate Enrollment Students

高等职业院校实行单独招生适应了中国高等职业教育发展的迫切需要。实行单独招生对高职院校既是机遇更是挑战。通过教育教学反思及调查研究,分析了目前单招现状及我院单招学生的普遍特征,提出了一些适合单招学生的管理办法,为探索适合单招学生进行针对性培养的教育管理途径提供了理论基础。

Higher vocational colleges carry out separate enrollment for the demand of higher vocational education development in China. The separate enrollment is not only an opportunity but also a challenge for higher vocational colleges. Through the reflection of education and research on teaching,this paper analyzes the current situation and characteristics of these students,and puts forward some suitable management methods,which can provide a theoretical basis for educational management method for separate enrollment.
