高职学生顶岗实习工作规范化建设研究

Study on Standardization Construction of Vocational Colleges Students Internship

高职院校学生顶岗实习是实现高职院校育人目标的重要一环,然而存在着诸如校企联系不足、实习教学内容粗放、实习相关教育管理人员分工不明确等多方面的问题。在剖析这些现状和问题的基础上,从顶岗实习课程化内涵建设、实习异地化管理的框架化建设、顶岗人员的管理和配备等方面提出建设性意见,以实现高职学生顶岗实习工作的规范化建设。

Students internship is an important part in cultivating talents for vocational colleges,whereas there are some problems like insufficient contact between colleges and enterprises,imprecise intern teaching contents and undefined intern staff management. Through analysis about current situation and problems,this paper put forward some suggestions on intern teaching curriculum construction, nonlocal internship management framework construction and in-post staff assignment for the purpose of internship standardization.
