高职院校藏族大学生心理适应调查研究

Survey of Tibetan Students' Psychological Adaptability in Vocational Colleges

随着多民族融合趋势的进一步增强,多元文化背景下个体的心理适应问题成为当前急需解决的重要课题。立足我国的教育现实,从少数民族学生的跨文化适应视角出发,以西北地区某四所高职院校的164名藏族大学生为研究对象,采用问卷调查法,探讨高职院校藏族大学生的心理适应现状。研究发现,高职院校藏族学生中,男生在自尊和生活满意度方面的评价低于女生;二年级藏族学生在生活满意度与主观幸福感体验方面显著高于一年级藏族学生。

With further amalgamation of multi-ethnic groups,multicultural psychological adaptation becomes a currently urgent topic. Through questionnaire and survey,106 vocational college students from northwest China are randomly selected to do the research on Tibetan students in higher vocational colleges. It is found that boy group has lower points than girl group in the aspect of self-esteem and life satisfaction and second grade students have higher points than grade one students in life satisfaction and well-being feelings.
