A college would inevitably have old-aged teachers and young teachers,while the former are ridge beams of a school and the latter should gradually be the backbone force for the school. Young teachers must be loyal to teaching career and acknowledge the school culture and teaching style. This paper tries to illustrate the feelings that young teachers need to learn how to affect the school and students with patience and lasting love.Furthermore,this paper reveals the methods that young teachers adapt to the teaching task and be qualified for their jobs to accord with the requirements of teaching career and their self-development.
