补肾益冲丸优化方案治疗肾虚型排卵障碍性不孕的临床疗效

The Clinical Effect of the Optimized Treatment of Bushen Yichong Pill in the Treatment of Kidney Deficient Infertility Resulted from Ovulation Dysfunction

目的探究补肾益冲丸优化方案治疗肾虚型排卵障碍性不孕的临床疗效。方法选取2012年5月—2014年11月收治的180例肾虚型排卵障碍性不孕患者作为观察对象,随机分为A组、B组和C组,每组60例。A组采用克罗米酚治疗,B组采用补肾益冲丸治疗,C组采用补肾益冲丸联合克罗米酚的优化方案治疗,比较3组排卵情况及妊娠情况。结果 B、C 2组的子宫内膜平均厚度明显高于A组,A组的最大卵泡直径明显大于B、C 2组。而在排卵率上,C组明显高于A组和B组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。C组的妊娠率为85.00%,明显高于A组和B组(均P<0.05),B组的妊娠率又显著高于A组(P<0.05)。B组和C组的流产率均明显低于A组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论肾虚型排卵障碍性不孕患者采用补肾益冲丸优化方案治疗,排卵情况明显改善,妊娠率显著提升,值得在临床实践中推广及使用。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of the optimized treatment of Bushen Yichong pill in the treatment of kidney deficient infertility resulted from ovulation dysfunction.Methods From May 2012 to November 2014,180 cases of kidney deficient patients with anovulatory infertility were randomly divided into group A,B and C,with 60 cases in each group.Group A was treated with clomiphene,group B was given BuShen YiChong pill,and group C was given both the above two treatments.The ovulation and pregnancy situation were observed and compared among the three groups.Results The endometrial thickness of group B and C was significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05).The largest follicle diameter of group A was significantly higher than those of group B and C(P<0.05).The ovulation rate of group C was significantly higher than those of group A and B(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate in group C was 85.00%,significantly higher than those of group A and B(P<0.05),and the pregnancy rate in the group B was significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05).The abortion rate in group B and C were significantly lower than that of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The optimized treatment of Bushen Yichong pill integrated with clomiphene significantly improve the ovulation,pregnancy rate and decrease abortion rate,worthy of promotion and use in clinical practice in the treatment of kidney deficient infertility resulted from ovulation dysfunction.
