摘要 通过集中参数的建模方法,在AMESim平台上搭建了内啮合齿轮泵的流量动态子模型和齿轮受到的径向液压力子模型,分析了泵的流量、压力脉动以及齿轮径向力特性。得出影响脉动的因素除了几何体积的变化外,还有油液的可压缩性、泵的内泄漏、过渡区流量回冲等因素,各个因素的综合作用导致了泵的流量脉动相比几何流量脉动有所升高。同时得出作用在齿轮上的液压径向力大小和方向都是周期性变化的,并且在不同压力等级下,主动齿轮上的合力方向随着压力的升高向顺时针方向偏转,而在内齿圈上,不同压力下的合力方向值曲线几乎都重合在一起。 Through the lumped parameter method, the sub models of the dynamic flow of internal gear pump and the radial force acting on the gears are set up by AMESim, and the fluctuation of flow and pressure of the pump and the radial force are analyzed. The factors that affect the pulsation include the change of the geometric volume, the compressibility of the oil, the internal leakage of the pump, the flow backshock of the transition zone, and so on. The comprehensive effect of various factors leads to the increase of the pump flow fluctuation compared with the geo- metric flow pulsation, and the magnitude and direction of the hydraulic radial force acting on the gear are periodi- cally changed. In different levels of pressure, the direction of resultant force acting on the driving gear changes to the clockwise direction with the increase of pressure, while the curves of resultant force direction on the inner ring gear almost coincide together under different levels of pressure.
