摘要
针对高压倒装滤器在生产制造和现场使用中存在的问题,运用TRIZ理论与方法,分析了高压倒装滤器存在的相关技术矛盾,并建立矛盾矩阵表。通过给定的原理对高压倒装滤器进行了改进创新设计,通过强度校核计算,验证了设计的合理性;改进后的滤器具有运行可靠,拆卸方便,加工容易,制造成本低,便于标准化、系列化生产等优点。
Focused on problems existing in the production and application of high pressure inverted installation fil- ter, the theory and method of TRIZ is used to analyze the technical contradiction, and the contradiction matrix is established and the filter is improved by the invention-theory. The rationality of the design is verified by the strength calculation. The improved filter has the advantages of reliable operation, easy disassembly, low design cost, and convenient for series production.
