温拌剂对沥青胶结料高低温流变性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 基于国外Evotherm温拌剂和国产RH温拌剂,通过动态剪切流变试验(DSR)和沥青弯曲蠕变劲度试验(BBR),对比分析掺入温拌剂后对沥青高低温流变性能的影响。结果表明:RH温拌剂可以提高基质沥青的高温性能,Evotherm温拌剂能提高SBS改性沥青的高温性能;两种温拌剂都能提高沥青的低温抗裂性,其中RH温拌剂的改善效果更好,温度越低,沥青的低温性能越差,改善效果也越差。在低于-24℃时使用温拌剂对沥青的低温性能改善无意义,综合高低温流变试验,发现在北方寒冷地区使用RH温拌剂效果更佳。 Based on foreign Evotherm warm-mixed agent and domestic RH warm-mixed agent,dynamic shear rheological test (DSR) and asphalt bending creep stiffness test (BBR) were used to analyze the effects of high temperature and low temperature on the asphalt after the incorporation of warm-mixed agent impact. The results showed that RH warm-mixed agent can improve the high temperature performance of matrix asphalt, Evotherm warm-mixed agent can improve the high temperature performance of SBS modified asphalt; two kinds of temperature mixture can improve the low temperature crack resistance of asphalt, which RH warm- mixed agent to improve the effect of better, the lower the temperature, the lower the low temperature perform- ance of asphalt, improve the effect is also worse. It is meaningless to improve the low temperature performance of asphalt when using warm-mixed agent below -24 ℃. It is found that the use of RH warm-mixed agent is better in the northern cold area.
