我国卡介苗生产用菌株动物保护效力的历史总结 被引量:1

摘要 众所周知,卡介苗在长期传代过程中形成了生物学特性、遗传学特性及保护力各异的亚株,尽管卡介苗已经有百年应用史,但迄今缺少系统的卡介苗不同菌株对人体保护力的研究资料。在无人体使用效果的相关数据时,对动物的保护力成为主要的评价标准,但因免疫剂量与周期、感染毒菌的毒力与攻击量及评价指标的不同,
