摘要
主要研究探讨了运用超临界CO_2萃取众香果油的方法,并通过正交试验优选了最佳萃取工艺条件。结果表明:众香果油的最佳萃取工艺条件为CO_2流量75 kg/h、萃取温度55℃、萃取压力25 MPa、萃取时间110 min,此条件下众香果的出油率为4.41%。
Abstract: The application of supercritical CO2 extraction on the extract of pimenta oid was discussed in this paper, the optimum extraction conditions were obtained by orthogonal test. The results showed that under the conditions of CO2 flow rate 75 kg/h, temperature 55 ℃, pressure 25 MPa, time 110 min, the yield of pimenta oil reached to 4.41%.
