气相色谱-质谱法同时检测化妆品中5种乙二醇醚及其酯类 被引量:6

Simultaneous Determination of Five Glycol Ethers and Esters in Cosmetics by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

摘要 建立了同时检测化妆品中5种乙二醇醚及其酯类化合物的气相色谱-质谱方法。按照蜡基与非蜡基样品称取不同质量试样,以甲醇-乙酸乙酯混合溶液(体积比80︰20)为萃取溶剂,通过涡旋、超声、除水等简单前处理,采用气相色谱-质谱法测定,外标法定量。5种乙二醇醚及其酯类化合物在质量浓度0.1~10μg/m L范围内的响应线性关系良好,非蜡基试样中5种目标物检出限均为0.6 mg/kg,蜡基试样中5种目标物检出限均为1.0 mg/kg。在3个加标水平下,方法平均回收率为86.1%~100.7%,相对标准偏差1.65%~9.47%(n=5)。该方法前处理简单,灵敏度、回收率高,可以应用于化妆品领域的相关检测。 A gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC - MS) method for simultaneous determination of 5 kinds of glycol ethers and esters in cosmetics was established. The samples were extracted with methanol and ethyl acetate (volume ratio 80/20) as solvent, further treated with vortex, ultrasonic treatment and dehydration, then, analyzed by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry, quantified by external standard method. Under the optimal conditions, the analytes showed linear relationship in the range of 0.1 to 10 μg/mL. The limits of detection for non - waxy and waxy - based samples were 0.6 mg/kg and 1.0 mg/kg, respectively. The average recoveries at three spiked levels were 86.1% to 100.7% and the relative standard deviations were 1.65% to 9.47% (n = 5). This method showed advantages of simple, high sensitivity and high recovery, which can be applied to the detection of glycol ethers and esters in cosmetics.
