摘要
目的:通过对常州市居家老人的基本情况、健康状况和养老需求的比较分析,探讨居家老人的养老意愿以及如何构建完善居家老人的养老服务体系。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷对常州市不同人口学情况的老年人进行调查。结果:老年人对享有家庭养老服务的意愿都比较强烈。结论:家庭养老是常州市老年人首选的养老方式,根据老年人的实际情况,利用社区这一载体为他们提供全方位、多样性的家庭养老服务是对传统家庭养老模式的完善。
Objective To explore the willingness of the elderly to receive home-based care and the ways to build a perfect home-based care service system for the elderly through a comparative analysis of the basic situation,health status and old-age care needs of the elderly in Changzhou.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the elderly in Changzhou with different demographic status.Results The elderly in different demographic conditions（different gender,age,health status,etc.）had a strong willingness to enjoy home-based care services.Conclusions Home-based care is the preferred old-age care service in Changzhou.In accordance to the actual situation of the elderly,an all-around and diversified home-based care with community as a carrier is a perfect supplement for the traditional family supporting mode.
