输血技术的研究进展

输血疗法就是利用输入正常血液或血液制品进行补血、止血、解毒的一种治疗措施,对治疗一些危重病例方面具有重要作用。输血可以迅速补充患病动物的微循环血量和体液量,起到补充红细胞、血浆、凝血因子、血小板,维持血压,增强血液携氧能力和血凝性,刺激造血机能的作用,从而提高动物机体耐受力。输血疗法在急救、手术、各种原因引起的大出血、动物贫血、脱水、血凝不良以及肿瘤等方面疗效确切,目前已逐渐用于小动物的治疗之中,文章综述了输血技术在临床上的进展。

Blood transfusion can quickly replenish the mierocireulation blood flow and fluid volume of sick animal, the functions like these ： complementaring to red blood cells, plasma, platelets, clotting factors, maintaining blood pressure, builduping the ability of erythroeyte to hold oxygen and hemagglutination, stimulating the hematopoietic function, so as to improve the tolerance of animal body. Blood transfusion therapy efficacy is effi- cient in emergency, surgery, various causes of bleeding, anemia, dehydration, blood coagulation malnutrition and tumor etc. the exact, at present the technique have gradually being used for the treatment of small animals, this paper summarized the progress of the Blood Transfusion Technology in the clinical.
