Based on the experience of field maintenance, the paper explains the items and procedures of outsourced maintenance and elaborates the maintenance process by taking CTC equipment as the example. Meanwhile, the paper also analyzes the effect of outsourced maintenance in the aspects of professional training, failure treatment and maintenance quality. At last, the paper reaches the conclusion that outsourced maintenance can be applied to maintenance of signal equipment and is helpful for improving maintenance quality.
