摘要
双块式轨枕作为无砟轨道的重要组成部分,承受列车荷载并将荷载传递给道床板,目前双块式轨枕的表面裂纹主要存在于轨枕的挡肩部位,挡肩裂纹主要有以下三种形式,挡肩彻底断裂、挡肩明显裂纹和挡肩隐形裂纹,针对新建云桂铁路田阳轨枕厂在轨枕生产过程中遇到的表面裂纹实例、从脱模机构、脱模操作方法、脱模剂的喷涂及养护制度修改与完善等多个方面着手,成功解决了双块式轨枕表面裂纹的问题,为以后双块式轨枕的质量控制提供了参考和借鉴.
Double block sleepers play an important part in the ballast-less track,which can take on the load of trains and transfer the load to the slabs. So far, the surface cracks of double block sleepers mainly exist on the shoulder of the sleepers, which are mainly in the following three forms: com- plete block shoulder fracture, obvious block shoulder cracks and invisible block shoulder cracks. Based on the practical examples of the surface cracks during the process of sleepers production by Tian Yang Sleeper Factory,which are used in the New Yunnan-Guilin Railway,such aspects as de- moulding mechanism,operation method, mold-release agent spraying and curing system modifica- tion and improvement are discussed, which successfully solved the double block sleeper surface crack problems, providing reference for the quality control of double block sleepers in the future.
