老年糖尿病患者骨折手术前后护理观察

Observation on Nursing of Senile Diabetic Patients before and after the Fracture Surgery

目的探讨老年糖尿病患者骨折手术前后护理措施。方法回顾性分析2014年1月—2016年12月在该院住院就诊的166例老年糖尿病骨折患者临床病例资料,所有患者在围术期采取术前、术中和术后综合护理,并比较护理前后患者血糖控制情况、睡眠质量评分以及并发症发生率。结果与护理前比较,护理后患者血糖水平和睡眠质量明显改善,护理前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后发生切口感染1例、骨折延迟愈合1例、褥疮2例,并发症发生率为2.4%。结论围术期综合护理有助于控制糖尿病骨折患者血糖水平、提高其睡眠质量以及减少并发症发生,其值得推广应用。

Objective To study the nursing measures of senile diabetic patients before and after the fracture surgery. Meth- ods 166 cases of senile diabetic fracture patients diagnosed in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were se- lected and all patients adopted the comprehensive nursing before operation, in operation and after operation during the peri- operative period, and the blood glucose control situation, sleep quality score and incidence rate of complications were com- pared. Results The blood glucose level and sleep quality of patients after nursing were obviously improved compared with those before nursing, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, after nursing, there was 1 case with incision infection, 1 case with fracture delayed union and 2 cases with bedsores and the incidence rate of complications was 2.4%. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing during the perioperative period contributes to controlling the blood glucose level of diabetic fracture level, improving the sleep quality and reducing the occurrence of complications, and it is worth promotion and application.
