老年糖尿病伴慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉临床观察

Clinical Observation on Senile Diabetics with Chronic Sinusitis and Nasal Polyps

目的观察老年糖尿病伴慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床治疗及其效果。方法选取28例该院于2015年7月—2016年7月所收治的糖尿病伴慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的老年患者,对其临床数据进行回顾性分析,观察其临床治疗效果。结果所有患者均于I期顺利完成手术,临床治疗有效率达92.86%,术中出血量44~126 m L,平均(86.1±22.3)m L。术后出现低血糖反应者1例,出现室性早搏者1例,经针对性治疗后症状均消失。结论对老年糖尿病伴慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者行手术治疗可取得良好的临床治疗效果,且安全性高,值得在临床治疗当中进行广泛推广。

Objective To observe the clinical treatment and effect of senile diabetics with chronic sinusitis and nasal pely. Methods The senile patients with diabetics with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were selected and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and the clinical treatment effect was observed. Results All patients successfully finished the operation during I period, and the clinical treatment effective rate reached 92.86%, and the intraoperative bleeding amount reached 44-125 mL, （86.1＋22.3）mL on average, and there was 1 case with reactive hypoglycemia, 1 case with premature ventricular extrasystole after operation, after treatment, the symp- toms disappeared. Conclusion The operative treatment of senile diabetics with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps can obtain a good clinical treatment effect with high safety, which is worth wide promotion in the elinical treatment.
