祛腐生肌膏治疗糖尿病下肢溃疡的疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effect of Qufu Shengji Ointment in Treatment of Diabetic Lower Extremity Ulcer

目的探讨祛腐生肌膏治疗糖尿病下肢溃疡的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析该院介入科2016年1—6月收治的46例糖尿病下肢溃疡患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组。两组均予糖尿病常规基础治疗,治疗组25例,用祛腐生肌膏纱布换药;对照组21例,用凡士林纱布换药。两组患者每日上午换药1次,4周为1个疗程,观察2个疗程后两组创面愈合情况。随访2个月后统计两组患者愈合时间长短。结果治疗组溃疡平均愈合速度快于对照组,治愈率及总有效率高于对照组,随访2个月结果显示治疗组愈合时间明显少于对照组,两组组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论祛腐生肌膏治疗糖尿病下肢溃疡临床疗效显著,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of qufu shengji ointment in treatment of diabetic lower extremity ulcer. Methods 46 eases of patients with diabetic lower extremity ulcer admitted and treated in our hospital from January to June 2016 were retrospectively analyzed：and randomly divided into two groups, both groups were given the routine basic treatment, and the treatment group with 25 cases changed the drugs by the qufu shengji ointment, while the control group with 21 eases changed the drugs by the vaseline gauze, and both groups changed the drugs once every morning, and a treat- ment course was 4 weeks, after two treatment courses, the wound healing situation was observed and after 2 month follow- up, the healing time of the two groups was counted. Results The average healing rate in the treatment group was rapider than that in the control group, and the total effective rate and cure rate were higher than those in the control group, and the two-month follow-up results showed that the healing time in the treatment group was obviously lower than that in the con- trol group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of qufu shengji ointment in treatment of diabetic lower extremity ulcer is obvious, which is worth clinical promotion and application.
