养阴活血汤治疗糖尿病合并高血压的临床疗效

Clinical Curative Effect of Yangyin Huoxue Decoction in Treatment of Dia-betes with Hypertension

目的研究养阴活血汤在糖尿病合并高血压中的应用价值。方法选择该院门诊接诊的160例糖尿病合并高血压病患的病历资料,根据患者自愿选择的治疗方案对其进行分组:甲组(n=80)采取常规西药+养阴活血汤治疗方案,乙组(n=80)采取常规西药治疗方案。观察两组血压与血糖水平的控制效果,比较临床疗效。结果甲组用药后的舒张压与收缩压水平明显低于乙组(P<0.05)。甲组治疗的总有效率为93.75%,明显比乙组的80.0%高(P<0.05)。甲组用药后的空腹血糖水平为(9.4±2.8)mmol/L,和乙组的(10.6±4.3)mmol/L比较显著降低(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并高血压病患应用养阴活血汤,可显著提升其血压与血糖水平控制的效果,促进病情康复。

Objective To research the application value of yanggyin huoxue decoction in treatment of diabetes with hypertension. Methods 160 cases of patients with diabetes with hypertension in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the voluntary principles with 80 cases in each, the group A adopted the routine western medicine and yangyin huoxue decoction, while the group B adopted the routine western medicine treatment plan, and the blood pressure and blood glucose level control effect of the two groups were observed and the clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results After medication, the diastolic pressure and systolic pressure levels in the group A were obviously lower than those in the group B（P〈0.05）, and the total effective rate in the group A was obviously higher than that in the group B （93.75% vs 80.0%）（P〈0.05）, after medication, the fasting blood glucose level in the group A obviously decreased compared with that in the group B [（9.4±2.8）mmol/L vs （10.6±4.3）mmol/L]（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yangyin huoxue decoction in treatment of diabetes with hypertension can obviously improve the blood pressure and blood glucose levels and promote the rehabilitation of diseases.
