两种不同包皮环切术的临床疗效研究

The clinical study of two different circumcision

目的探讨不同包皮环切术的临床效果,为临床医师及患者选择术式提供一定依据。方法 85例包皮过长(包茎)患者随机分成两组,观察组为一次性包皮环切缝合器组(43例)(disposaable circumcision suture device),对照组为CO_2激光包皮环切术组(42例)(CO_2 laser circumcision)。对比两组手术用时、术中出血量、术中及术后疼痛程度、切口愈合时间、术后并发症及手术费用等。结果两组手术时间、术中及术后疼痛、切口愈合时间、术后并发症发生率、手术总费用存在统计学差异(P<0.05),术中出血量及外观满意率两组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论一次性包皮环切缝合器是对包皮环切的创新,将切割与缝合有机结合,一次完成。对经济状况较好、疼痛敏感患者,不失为一种较佳的手术方式。

Objective The different circumcision result in clinic were compared in order to choose the best operation method for doctor and patient. Methods 85 phimosis and redundant prepuce patients were randomly divided into two groups. The study group was disposable circumcision suture device group and the control group was CO_2 laser circumcision group by subsequence. The operation time,amount of bleeding,in and post-operative pain,wound healing time,postoperative complications,patients＇ satisfaction with penile appearance and treatment cost were compared in the two groups. Results To compare the two operation method,it was found that there was statistical difference in the operation time,in and post-operative pain,the wound healing time,the postoperative complications rate and the treatment cost. But there was no significant difference in the amount of bleeding and the patients＇ satisfaction with penile appearance rate between the two groups. Conclusion Disposable circumcision suture device was the innovation which was both accomplishing incision and suture of circumcision. If you had more money and feared operative pain,disposable circumcision suture device was another select operation means in clinic.
