后大众化时代的高等教育发展理念研究 被引量:5

The Research on Higher Education Philosophy in the Post-Massification Stage

摘要 随着高等教育进程的深入推进以及"毛入学率"的逐年提升,我国高等教育发展已经步入了后大众化阶段。针对这一阶段具有的招生规模大、教育模式多样化、学生个性化、推广应用型本科教育等4个特点,提出了"独具匠心"的教育理念:开展差异化和个性化教育;实施开放教育,共享课程资源;培育高校教师的"工匠"精神;倡导包容教育理念。以期通过行之有效的教育教学管理工作,使我国高等教育更好地适应时代发展的步伐,实现可持续发展。 With the deepening process of higher education and the gradual increase of the gross enrollment rate,China's higher education development has entered the post-massification stage.In this stage,there are four characteristics such as large enrollment scale,diversified educational mode,individualization of students,carrying out applied undergraduate education and so on. According to these characteristics,the author recommends the "Dujujiangxin"( originality and creativity) educational concept.It is necessary to carry out the differentiated and individualized education; implement open education,share curriculum resources; cultivate the "spirit of the craftsman"in the university; and advocate inclusive education philosophy.Through the effective education and teaching management,it is better for China's higher education adapting to the pace of the times development,and achieve the sustainable development.
