The strategy and significance of individualized stratified therapy for differentiated thyroid carcinoma

摘要 分化型甲状腺癌（differentiated thyroid carcinoma,DTC）占甲状腺癌的90％以上,发病率逐年增高,主要由内胚层来源的甲状腺滤泡细胞生发而成,形成甲状腺癌中重要的两种分型：甲状腺乳头状癌（papillary thyroid carcinoma,PTC）以及甲状腺滤泡状癌（pollicular thyroid carcinoma,FTC）.目前分化型甲状腺癌的治疗方式主要包括：手术切除,131I治疗,促甲状腺激素（thyroid stimulating hormone,TSH）抑制治疗以及辅助放疗,近阶段关于分子机制的研究使分层治疗和靶向治疗得以应用于DTC的治疗中,向精准化治疗迈进.
