基于文献的针灸治疗脊髓型颈椎病取穴规律研究

Based on the Study of the Regularity of Acupoint Selection Acupuncture Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy

[目的]探究现代针灸治疗脊髓型颈椎病的选穴规律,以期为针灸治疗脊髓型颈椎病提供规范化腧穴处方。[方法]采用计算机技术,建立针灸治疗脊髓型颈椎病的文献数据库,对近40年来针灸治疗脊髓型颈椎病的文献进行收集、整理、数据统计分析等,总结针灸治疗脊髓型颈椎病的选穴规律、治疗方法以及补泻手法。[结果]统计发现,治疗脊髓型颈椎病常选经脉为足太阳膀胱经、手太阳小肠经、足少阳胆经、手阳明大肠经、督脉等循行过肩的经脉,常用的腧穴为夹脊穴、悬钟、外关、手三里等。针灸疗法和疏密波型电针疗法是治疗脊髓型颈椎病常用方法。[结论]督脉、足太阳膀胱经、手、足阳明经以及循行过肩的经脉受损是脊髓型颈椎病发病的病理基础,针灸治疗脊髓型颈椎病取穴应以上述经脉为主,从而使患者颈部气血循行通畅,缓解脊髓型颈椎病所引起的一系列症候。

[Objective]To explore the modern acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy of choosing acupuncture points, so as to provide a normative prescription of acupoints of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy.[Methods] Using computer technology for the establishment of acupuncture and moxibustion for treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy literature database. For the past 40 years the collection of the literature of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy, sorting, statistical analysis of data such as, a summary of the law of acupoint selection, acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy and treatment methods as well as reinforcing-reducing manipulation.[Results] The statistics of treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy often selected for the bladder meridian of foot-Taiyang meridians, small intestine meridian of hand, the gall bladder channel of foot Shao Yang, the large intestine channel of hand Yang Ming, the meridians on the shoulders of the governor, the common points are as follows： Jiaji point, xuanzhong, waiguan, Shou San Li and so on.Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy and dense wave electro-acupuncture is a common method of treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy.[Conclusion] The Du meridian, the bladder meridian of footTaiyang, the hand, the meridian of foot-Yangming meridian and the shoulders is the pathological basis of pathogenesis of cervical spondylosis of type spinal cord damage, acupuncture and acupoint selection for treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy should be based on the above-mentioned channels, thus enabling the smooth circulation of Qi and blood in patients with neck, alleviating one set of symptoms caused by spinal cord type of cervical spondylosis.
