目的 探讨品管圈在精神科开放病房降低药物发放不及时事件发生率中的应用效果.方法 成立品管圈,通过对药物发放不及时事件发生率临床现状把握,设定目标,原因分析,拟定并实施对策,最终进行效果评价.结果 药物发放不及时事件发生率由改善前的6.7%降低到改善后的1.3%.结论 品管圈活动有效降低了药物发放不及时事件的发生率,提高了护理人员的专业技术水平和质量管理能力,促进了护理质量的持续改进.

Objective To discuss about the application effect of quality control circle on reducing the occurrence rate when medicine is delayed to provide in the open ward of psychiatry.Methods Quality control circle was established.The countermeasures were planned and implemented by grasping the clinical condition of occurrence,setting targets and analyzing the reasons when medicine was delayed to provide.Results The occurrence rate was reduced from 6.7% to 1.3% when medicine is delayed to provide.Conclusion Quality control circle can effectively reduce the occurrence rate when medicine is delayed to provide,improve the professional skill and quality management ability of nursing personnel,and promote the quality of care to be improved continuously.
