摘要
目的 该院开展的护理专科老年护理相关课程进行教学效果评价,旨在发现课程设置及教学工作中存在的问题,持续改进教学质量.方法 采用自制问卷对本院2014级与2015级护理专业专科生进行调查,调查内容包括课程满意度及重要性、对老年人态度以及老化知识掌握情况等方面.结果 专科护生对老年护理相关课程总满意度得分均>4分;不同年级专科护生KAOP得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年级专科护生FAQ得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05).结论 老年护理相关课程的学生满意度较高,且能够使护生对老年人持有更加积极的态度,但对护生老化知识掌握情况未显示出明显影响,提示开展老年护理相关课程十分必要,但仍需进一步改进教学效果.
Objective Teaching effect evaluation of relevant courses was conducted to the aged nursing of junior college students in this hospital to discover problems in course setting and teaching,so as to improve teaching quality continuously.Methods The self-made questionnaire was used to investigate junior college students in the major of nursing from 2014 to 2015 in this hospital.The investigation content included the aspects of course satisfaction,importance,attitude to the aged and the knowledge acquisition of the aged.Results The score of the general satisfaction for the junior college nurse students to the related courses of the aged nursing was higher than 4 points.For the comparison of KAOP score of junior college nurse students at different grades,the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05).For the comparison of FAQ score of junior college nurse students at different grades, the difference had no statistical significance(P〉0.05).Conclusions Student satisfaction of the related courses of the aged nursing is high,it can help nurse students have more positive attitude to the aged.However,it doesn't show significant impact of nurse students' knowledge acquisition on nursing for the aged, indicating that it's essential to carry out the related courses of nursing for the aged,but it still needs to further improve the teaching effect.
