社会支持和心理资本对老年膝骨关节炎患者自我感受负担的影响

Effect of social support and psychological capital on selfperceived burden of senior knee osteoarthritis patients

目的:探讨社会支持和心理资本对老年膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)患者自我感受负担的影响,并分析其影响路径。方法:采用社会支持评定量表(social support rating scale,SSRS)、心理资本量表(psychological capital questionnaire,PCQ)和自我感受负担量表(self-perceived burden scale,SBPS)对佛山市中医院就诊的383名老年KOA患者进行调查。结果:本组自我感受负担得分为33.82±9.13,处于中等水平;多元逐步回归分析结果显示社会支持与心理资本的自我效能、坚韧顽强、感恩奉献维度共可解释自我感受负担65.3%的方差变异量;进一步路径分析可知,社会支持对自我感受负担既有直接影响又有间接影响,自我效能、坚韧顽强、感恩奉献维度对自我感受负担具有直接影响。结论:老年KOA患者自我感受负担相对严重,护理人员可通过提升患者的社会支持和心理资本,以降低患者的自我感受负担水平,提高患者的心理健康水平。

Objective： To discuss the influence of social support and psychological capital on the self-perceived burden of senior knee osteoarthritis（KOA） patients, and to analyze the influence path. Methods： social support rating scale（SSRS）, psychological capital questionnaire（PCQ） and self-perceived burden scale（SBPS） were adopted to research on 383 senior KOA patients accepting treatment in Foshan Hospital of Chinese Traditional Medicine. Results： The self-perceived burden score of this group was（33.82±9.13）, which was in the medium level. As indicated by the results of multiple stepwise regression analysis, self-efficacy, tenacity and gratitude contribution of social support and psychological capital could explain 65.3% of variance variation amount of self-perceived burden. As indicated by further path analysis, social support had both direct influence and indirect influence on self-perceived burden; self-efficacy, tenacity and gratitude contribution had direct influence on self-perceived burden. Conclusion： Self-perceived burden of senior KOA patients is relatively severe. The nurses can improve the social support and psychological capital of the patients to lower their self-perceived burden level and improve their psychological health level.
