复方血栓通用于早期糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果及对血清VEGF,IGF-1,NSE水平的影响 被引量:11

Clinical Effect of Compound Xueshuantong on Early Diabetic Retinopathy and Serum Levels of VEGF, IGF-1 and NSE

摘要 目的:研究复方血栓通用于早期糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果及对血清VEGF、IGF-1、NSE水平的影响。方法:选取2015年7月至2016年7月我院收治的68例早期糖尿病视网膜病变患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为复方血栓通组(n=34)和对照组(n=34)。对照组应用常规治疗方法治疗,复方血栓通组在此基础上应用复方血栓通治疗。比较两组患者临床治疗效果、治疗前后出血斑面积、视野灰度值、黄斑厚度以及血管瘤体积情况、血清VEGF、IGF-1、NSE水平的变化情况以及不良反应的发生情况。结果:治疗后,复方血栓通组临床总有效率明显高于对照组,而复发率则显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组出血斑面积、视野灰度值、黄斑厚度、血管瘤体积以及血清VEGF、IGF-1、NSE水平均较治疗前均明显下降,且与对照组相比,复方血栓通组下降程度更明显(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应发生。结论:复方血栓通可有效降低早期糖尿病视网膜病变患者血清VEGF、IGF-1、NSE水平,减少复发,延缓血管增殖,改善患者视网膜状况,临床疗效显著。 Objective:To study the clinical effect of compound Xueshuantong on the early diabetic retinopathy and the serum levels of VEGF,IGF-1 and NSE.Methods:78 cases of patients with early diabetic retinopathy admitted in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were selected and divided into the compound Xueshuantong group (n=34) and control group (n=34) according to the random number table.The control group was treated by conventional treatment,while the compound Xueshuantong group was treated by compound Xueshuantong on the basis of conventional treatment.The clinical effect,changes of bleeding area,gray value of visual field,macular thickness and hemangioma volume,serum levels of VEGF,IGF-1 and NSE before and after treatment and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of compound Xueshuantong group was significantly higher than that of the control group,while the relapse rate was significantly lower (P<0.05).The bleeding area,gray value of visual field,macular thickness,hemangioma volume,levels of serum VEGF,IGF-1 and NSE of both groups were significantly decreased than those before treatment,which were obviously lower in the compound Xueshuantong group than those of the control group (P<0.05).No obvious adverse reaction was found in both groups.Conclusion:Compound Xueshuantong can effectively reduce the serum VEGF,IGF-1,NSE levels,decrease the relapse,delay the blood vessel proliferation,improve the retinal condition in the treatment of early diabetic retinopathy.
