中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床疗效

Clinical effect of integrated Chinese western therapy in treating acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期的临床疗效。方法选取灵寿县中西医结合医院内科2015年6月—2016年5月收治的COPD急性加重期患者110例,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组患者采用常规西医治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予中药治疗,两组患者均持续治疗2周。比较两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论采用中西医结合治疗COPD急性加重期临床疗效确切,且安全性好。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the integrated Chinese western therapy in treating acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.Methods A total of 110 cases of patients with acute exacerbation of COPD were enrolled from June 2015 to May 2016 in Department of Internal Medicine of Lingshou County Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine,which were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,55 cases in each group.Control group was treated with conventional western medicine,observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of control group,both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group（P〈0.05）.There were no serious adverse events happened between the two groups.Conclusion Integrated Chinese western therapy have an obviously clinical effect in treating acute exacerbation of COPD,and with good safety.
