甲氨蝶呤联合5-氟尿嘧啶治疗分娩后胎盘植入的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of methotrexate combined with 5-fluorouracil in the treatment of placenta implantation

目的探讨甲氨蝶呤联合5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)治疗分娩后胎盘植入的临床疗效。方法选取渠县妇幼保健院2016年1月—2017年1月收治的分娩后胎盘植入患者68例,随机将所有患者分为对照组和研究组,各34例。对照组患者仅给予甲氨蝶呤治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上于超声引导下给予5-Fu治疗。记录比较两组患者胎盘娩出时间、月经恢复正常时间、β-HCG恢复正常时间,观察两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者胎盘娩出时间、月经恢复正常时间、β-HCG恢复正常时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于分娩后胎盘植入面积小、植入深度较浅的患者,采用甲氨蝶呤联合5-Fu治疗分娩后胎盘植入的临床疗效确切,可有效缩短患者治疗时间及月经、β-HCG恢复时间,且安全性好。

Objective To discuse the clinical effect of methotrexate combined with 5-fluorouracil（5-Fu） in the treatment of placenta implantation.Methods A total of 68 cases of patients with placenta implantation were selected from January 2016 to January 2017 in Quxian County Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,34 cases in each group.Control group was accepted with methotrexate treatment,observation group was given 5-Fu based on control group.The placental dilivery time,menstrual recovery time and β-HCG recovery time were recorded and compared between the two groups,and the adverse reactions were recoreded.Results The observation group of placental dilivery time,menstrual recovery time and β-HCG recovery time were significantly shorter than control group（P〈0.05）.There was no significantly difference of adverse reactions reat between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion As for the patients with smaller placenta implantation area and shallower implantation depth,methotrexate combined with 5-Fu have an exactly clinical effect in the treatment of placenta implantation,it can effectively shorten the treatment time and the recovery time of menstrual and β-HCG,and with good safety.
