奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的临床疗效

Clinical effect of octreotide combined with omeprazole in treating non-variceal upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage

目的探讨奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑治疗非静脉曲张性消化道出血的临床疗效。方法选取灵寿县医院2015—2016年收治的非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者106例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各53例。患者入院后均采用常规基础治疗,对照组患者采用奥美拉唑治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予奥曲肽治疗,两组患者均持续治疗3 d。比较两组患者的临床疗效、止血时间、输血量、再出血率及血红蛋白水平。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者止血时间短于对照组,输血量少于对照组,再出血率、血红蛋白水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑治疗非静脉曲张性消化道出血的临床疗效确切,止血效果明显,且安全可靠。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of octreotide combined with omeprazole in the treatment of non-variceal upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods A total of 106 cases of patients with non-variceal upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were selected from 2015 to 2016 year in Lingshou County Hospital,which were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,53 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional basal therapy,control group was treated with omeprazole,observation group was treated with octreotide based on control group,both groups were treated for 3 d.The clinical efficacy,hemostatic time,blood transfusion volume,rebleeding rate and hemoglobin were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group（P〈0.05）.The observation group of hemostatic time was shorter than control group,blood transfusion volume was less than control group,rebleeding rate and hemoglobin were lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Octreotide combined with omeprazole have an obviously clincal effect in treating non-variceal upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,the hemostatic effect is obvious,and it is safety and reliable.
