摘要
目的调查分析某二甲医院护士精神薪酬满意度的相关因素。方法选取衡水市冀州区医院2016年在职护士321名,采用基本情况调查表、护士精神薪酬满意度量表调查护士精神薪酬满意度现状,分析个体因素对二甲医院护士精神薪酬满意度的影响。结果护士长精神薪酬满意度得分高于医生(P<0.05)。不同年龄、婚姻状况、职称、工作年限护士的精神薪酬满意度得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同学历、雇佣性质、科室护士精神薪酬满意度得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论护士年龄、婚姻状况、职称、工作年限是护士精神薪酬满意度的相关因素。
Objective To investigate the related factors of mental compensation satisfaction of nurses in a dimethyl hospital.Methods 321 nurses were seleced in 2016 in Hengshui Jizhou District Hospital,the questionnaire was conducted by using the general questionnaire and the nurses' pay satisfaction scale to analysee the mental compensation satisfaction of nurses.Results Mental compensation satisfaction of nurses was higher than the doctor's(P〈0.05).There were statistically significant differences of different ages,marital status,professional title and work experience of nurses(P〈0.05);There was no statistically significant differences of different education background,nature of employment or departments of nurses(P〉0.05).Conclusion Ages,marital status,professional title and work experience are the related factors of mental compensation satisfaction of nurses.
