无痛胃镜检查在慢性胃炎并高血压患者中的应用效果

Application effect of painless gastroscopy in chronic gastritis with hypertension

目的探讨无痛胃镜检查在慢性胃炎并高血压患者中应用效果。方法选取徐州矿务集团总医院2015年12月—2016年11月收治的慢性胃炎并高血压患者62例,根据胃镜检查方式的不同分为常规组(n=30)和无痛组(n=32)。常规组患者行常规胃镜检查,无痛组患者行无痛胃镜检查。比较两组患者检查前后呼吸频率、血氧饱和度及心率,检查满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果检查前,两组患者呼吸频率、血氧饱和度、心率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);检查后,无痛组患者呼吸频率、心率低于常规组,血氧饱和度高于常规组(P<0.05)。无痛组患者胃镜检查满意度高于常规组,呕吐恶心、咳嗽、躁动发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论无痛胃镜检查在慢性胃炎并高血压患者中的应用效果确切,有利于稳定患者生命体征,提高满意度,且安全性好。

Objective To investigate the application effect of painless gastroscopy in chronic gastritis with hypertension.Methods A total of 62 cases of chronic gastritis with hypertension patients were selected from December 2015 to November 2016 in General Hospital of Xuzhou Mining Group,which were divided into conventional group（n=30） and painless group（n=32） according to different ways of gastroscopy.Conventional group was received routine gastroscopy,and painless group was taken painless gastroscopy.The respiratory rate,oxygen saturation and heart rate before and after examination,gastroscopy examination satisfaction and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two group.Results Before examination,no statistically significant differences of respiratory rate,oxygen saturation or heart rate was found between the two groups（P〉0.05）;the painless group of respiratory rate,heart rate were lower than conventional group,oxygen saturation was higher than conventional group（P〉0.05）.The painless group of gastroscopy examination satisfaction was higher than conventional group,the incidence of nausea and vomiting,cough and agitation were lower than conventional group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Painless gastroscopy has an exactly clinical effect in chronic gastritis with hypertension,it is benefit for stable life signs,promote the satisfaction,and with good safety.
