优质护理在重症甲状腺功能亢进症中的应用效果

Application effect of high quality nursing in severe hyperthyroidism

目的探讨优质护理在甲状腺功能亢进症中的应用效果。方法选取成都市核工业416医院内分泌科2015年1—6月收治的重症甲状腺功能亢进症患者60例,随机分为对照组和优护组,各30例。对照组患者给予常规护理措施,优护组患者给予优质护理。比较两组患者的护理满意度及复诊率,并比较两组患者干预前后心理状况[焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分]及甲状腺激素水平[促甲状腺激素(TSH)、总三碘甲腺原氨酸(TT_3)、总甲状腺素(TT_4)、游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT_3)、游离甲状腺素(FT_4)]。结果优护组患者护理满意度、复诊率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者SAS评分、SDS评分及TSH、TT_3、TT_4、FT_3、FT_4水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,优护组患者SAS评分、SDS评分及TT_3、TT_4、FT_3、FT_4水平低于对照组,TSH水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理在重症甲状腺功能亢进症中的应用效果确切,可有效提高患者的护理满意度及复诊率,缓解患者抑郁、焦虑情绪,调节机体甲状腺激素水平。

Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing in severe hyperthyroidism.Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with severe hyperthyroidism were selected from January to June 2015 in Department of Endocrinology of the 416 Hospital of Chengdu Nuclear Industry,which were randomly divided into control group（n=30） and quality nursing group（n=30）.Control group was given routine care,quality nursing group was given high quality nursing.The nursing satisfaction and re-examination rate were compared between the two groups,the psychological status（SAS scores,SDS scores） and thyroid hormone levels（TSH,TT3,TT4,FT3,FT4） before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The quality nursing group of nursing satisfaction and re-examination rate were higher than control group（P〈0.05）.Before intervention,no statistically significant differences of SAS scores,SDS scores,TSH,TT3,TT4,FT3 or FT4was found between the two groups（P〉0.05）;after intervention,the quality nursing group of SAS scores,SDS scores and TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4levels were lower than control group,TSH level was higher than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion High quality nursing has an exactly application effect in severe hyperthyroidism,it can effectively promote the nursing satisfaction and re-examination rate,reliefe the depression and anxiety of patients,and regulate the thyroid hormone levels in the body.
