【目的】确定《军人健康素养调查问卷》的题目,为评价军人健康素养水平提供依据。【方法】根据军人健康素养条目编写题目池,通过专家咨询计算题目的内容效度指数(I-CVI),对I-CVI<0.78的题目进行修改确保所有题目的I-CVI符合要求。使用问卷调查计算题目的区分度和难易度,并据此筛选题目。计算筛选后题目组成的问卷的信度和效度。【结果】使用《全国居民健康素养监测调查问卷(2012)》中22题原题并自编59题。第一轮专家咨询中有6道题I-CVI<0.78,专家对12道题提出修改意见。第二轮咨询各题目的I-CVI均>0.78,专家没有修改意见。按照"难易度在0.1至0.9,区分度≥0.2"的筛选标准,筛选保留56道题目。问卷的Cronbach's Alpha系数为0.889,分半信度为0.821(P<0.01),成绩分布类似正态分布(偏度为-0.816,峰度为-0.463)。自编题与原题的成绩得分的相关系数为0.783(P<0.01)。根据受教育程度不同,四组的得分成绩不同(Kruskal-Wallis H检验P<0.01,Mann-Whitney U检验P<0.0083)。【结论】经过筛选后的56道题目可以作为《军人健康素养调查问卷》的题目。

【Objective】To determine the questions in ＂military health literacy questionnaire＂.【Methods】According to the military health literacy entries to write the questions pool. The content validity index（I-CVI） is calculated by expert consultation, and amend the questions which their I-CVI are 0.78 to ensure that all questions＇ I-CVI meet the requirements. Use the questionnaire to calculate the distinction and difficulty and accordingly screening questions. Calculate the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.【Results】Reference to the ＂National Health Literacy Surveillance Questionnaire（2012）＂ to write 81 questions, of which 22 are the original questions, 49 are written by researchers. The 6 questions＇ I-CVI are 0.78 in the first round of expert consultation and the experts modified the 12 questions. All the questions＇ I-CVI in the second round of consultation are 0.78 and no experts have modified views.According to the ＂difficulty degree of 0.1 to 0.9, the degree of distinction ≥ 0.2＂ screening criteria, 56 questions are retained. The Cronbach＇s alpha coefficient for the screened questionnaires is 0.889. The split-half reliability is 0.821（P〈0.01）. The distribution of results is similar to the normal distribution（skewness is-0.816, the kurtosis is-0.463）. Pearson correlation coefficient of the scores between self-compiled questions and the national original questions is 0.783（P〈0.01）. According to the different levels of education,the scores of the four groups are different（Kruskal-Wallis H test P〈0.01, Mann-Whitney U test P 0.0083）.【Conclusion】The 56 questions which have been screened can be used as questions of ＂military health literacy questionnaire＂.
