Study on three level transfixion technology of water resources information platform in Zhejiang Province

摘要 2012年启动的国家水资源监控能力建设项目要求水利部、流域、省三级水资源监控管理信息平台实现互联互通,而浙江省网络环境中省级平台与水利部、流域平台部署于物理隔离的不同网络,给实现三级贯通带来困难。结合国家统一部署的三级贯通数据交换、信息平台集成支撑软件,提出基于自动网闸和服务定制的三级贯通技术,在水利部、省级平台定制贯通服务,实现结构和非结构化数据的交换传输,满足三级平台的数据和业务贯通要求,为物理隔离网络间的数据共享和协同提供借鉴。 The national water resources monitoring capacity building project which started in 2012 requires that three level water monitoring management information platforms of the ministry, basin and province realize the connectivity. The platform of Zhejiang Province is physically isolated from the ministry and the basin platforms in different network, which cause difficulty for achieving three level transfixion. Combining with the national unified three level transfixion data exchange and information platform integrated support software, a transfixion technology based on automatic gap and customized services is proposed. The transfixion services deployed in the nodes of the ministry and Zhejiang province, which realizes the structure and unstructured data transmission, meet the data and business transfixion needs of the three level platform. It also provides a reference for data sharing and collaboration between the physical isolated networks.
