胺碘酮联合西地兰治疗充血性心衰合并快速型房颤的疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究探讨对充血性心衰合并快速型房颤的患者采用胺碘酮联合西地兰的方法进行治疗后的临床效果。方法选取2012年1月-2017年1月期间在我院接受治疗的充血性心衰合并快速型房颤的患者128例为研究对象,静脉注射胺碘酮治疗的患者作为对照组(64例),静脉注射胺碘酮联合西地兰治疗的患者作为观察组(64例),观察比较两组患者经过治疗后的房颤转为窦性心律、心室率控制和心功能的改善情况。结果观察组患者的房颤转为窦性心律、心室率控制和心功能的改善情况均明显优于对照组患者,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用胺碘酮联合西地兰的方法对充血性心衰合并快速型房颤的患者进行治疗,可以有效改善患者的心功能状态,减轻患者的痛苦。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of amiodarone combined with cedilanid in the treatment of patients with congestive heart failure complicated by rapid atrial fibrillation. Methods A total of 128 patients with congestive heart failure complicated by rapid atrial fibrillation who were treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2017 were enrolled and divided into control group and observation group, with 64 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given intravenously injected amiodarone, and those in the observation group were given intravenously injected amiodarone combined with cedilanid. The two groups were compared in terms of conversion of atrial fibrillation into sinus rhythm, control of ventricular rate, and improvement in cardiac function. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had a significantly higher rate of conversion of atrial fibrillation into sinus rhythm, a significantly better control of ventricular rate, and a significantly greater improvement in cardiac function(P0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of patients with congestive heart failure complicated by rapid atrial fibrillation,amiodarone combined with cedilanid can effectively improve their cardiac function and alleviate their pain.
