蒙药辅助治疗老年慢性心衰患者的临床疗效

Clinical effect of adjuvant therapy with Mongolia medicine in treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure

目的探讨蒙药辅助治疗老年慢性心衰患者的临床疗效。方法选择我院自2014年1月至2017年1月收治的100例老年慢性心衰患者,随机分成对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组采用强心、利尿等常规治疗方法,观察组在此基础上增用蒙药辅助治疗,两组均治疗12周。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组心功能改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血清BNP下降程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组地高辛停减率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用蒙药辅助治疗老年慢性心衰患者,能够显著增强患者心功能,改善血液流变学,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of adjuvant therapy with Mongolia medicine in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were enrolled and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given conventional cardiotonic and diuretic treatments, and those in the observation group were given adjuvant therapy with Mongolia medicine in addition to the treatment in the control group. The course of treatment was 12 weeks for both groups. Results The observation group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group（P0.05）.Compared with the control group, the treatment group had a significantly greater improvement in cardiac function and a significantly greater reduction in serum brain natriuretic peptide after treatment（P0.05）. The observation group had a significantly higher rate of digoxin withdrawal and reduction than the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure, adjuvant therapy with Mongolia medicine can significantly enhance their cardiac function and improve hemorheological parameters and clinical outcome, and therefore, it holds promise for clinical application.
