摘要
利用对重庆地区34所高校问卷调查所得数据,对高校档案管理员的心理资本和工作满意度进行描述性分析、基于人口学变量的差异分析、皮尔逊相关分析和多元回归分析。研究结果表明,重庆地区高校档案管理员心理资本和工作满意度一般;部分人口学统计变量对高校档案管理员心理资本水平有显著影响,对其工作满意度无显著影响;心理资本及其相关维度对工作满意度及其相关维度部分存在正向预测作用。
With the questionnaire survey data from 34 universities in Chongqing, a descriptive analysis of the psychological capital and job satisfaction of archivists in universities is conducted, with thee basis of a variance analysis based on demographic variable, Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis. The result show that the psychological capital and job satisfaction of archivists in Chongqing universities is in a medium level, that part of demographic variables has significant impact on psychological capital of archivists, but no significant effect on their job satisfaction, that psychological capital and its dimensions have positive predictive influence on job satisfaction and its dimensions.
