摘要
纳米材料是当今社会科研工作者的研究热点,而水热法是一种合成纳米材料的简易方法,本文主要研究以对硝基苯甲酸和硫脲为辅助剂,合成的球状和棒状形貌的纳米三氧化钨的性能。通过X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)对样品进行表征。同时对其气敏性能进行了测试,旨在探究不同形貌及辅助剂对气敏性能的影响,结果表明其对于还原性气体具有较高的灵敏性。
Nanomaterials is a hot spot in current research and attract many scientific researchers. However hydrothermal method is one of the most common methods in producing nanomaterials. WO3 nanostructures were synthesized with rod-shaped and spherical morphology using pnitrobenzoic acid and thiourea as the assistant reagents. The obtained samples were characterized by X- ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).Meanwhile, its gas sensing properties was primarily studied. It was aimed was that the assistant reagents had an integrative effect on the morphology of the products. WO3with different morphology had different gas sensitive properties, and it was proven to be a highly sensitive material for the detection of both reducing gases.
