摘要
研究水浸提法提取野生仙人掌多糖最佳提取工艺条件,以期提高仙人掌多糖得率,为仙人掌开发和利用提供参考。探究提取时间、提取温度和料液比对仙人掌多糖得率的影响,在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面法优化仙人掌多糖提取工艺。结果表明:最优提取工艺条件为提取温度88℃,提取时间2.2 h,液料比28∶1,仙人掌多糖得率可达6.61%,各因素对野生仙人掌的多糖得率的影响的大小顺序为:液料比>提取温度>提取时间。
The optimum extraction conditions of water extraction of Opuntia dillenii Haw.Polysaccharides were studied in order to improve the yield of Opuntia dillenii Haw.polysaccharide and provide reference for the development and utilization of Opuntia dillenii Haw.Through the single factor experiment,effects of extraction time,extraction temperature,ratio of material to liquid on the extraction rate of Opuntia dillenii Haw.Polysaccharides were discussed,the optimum extraction parameters of Opuntia dillenii Haw.polysaccharide were determined.The optimum conditions optimized by the response surface methodology were as follows:extraction temperature was 88 ℃,extraction time was 2.2 h,water-material ratio was 28∶1.Opuntia dillenii Haw.polysaccharide extraction yield was 6.61% under these conditions.The results showed that significant effect on the extraction rate of polysaccharides from Opuntia dillenii Haw.was liquid-material ratioextracted temperatureextracted time.
