摘要
研究采用过氧甲酸为氧化剂,由高活性聚异丁烯(HRPIB)制备环氧聚异丁烯(EPIB)。考察了反应温度、反应时间及甲酸与双氧水摩尔比对环氧化物环氧值的影响。实验确定了环氧聚异丁烯反应的适宜工艺条件为:反应温度为35℃,反应时间为2 h,甲酸与双氧水的摩尔比为1∶1.5,在此条件下,产物环氧值为0.1336;该产物无色粘稠,期望应用于橡胶改性、树脂改性等领域。
The highly reactive polyisobutene(HRPIB) preparation of epoxidation polyisobutylene(EPIB) new technology was studied,by using formic acid peroxide as oxidant.The effects of the reaction temperature,reaction time and the molar ratios of formic acid and hydrogen peroxide affect epoxide epoxy value were discussed.The experiment confirmed the epoxidation reaction of polyisobutylene appropriate technological conditions as follows:reaction temperature was 35 ℃,reaction time was 2 h,formic acid and hydrogen peroxide mole ratio was 1∶1.5.In these conditions,the epoxy value was 0.1336,infrared spectrum proved that the preparation of the product was the target product.This product is colorless viscous,which will be applied in the field of rubber and resin modification.
